Meeting (June 07 Minutes)

There are 3 application’s received 2 have been approved
1 is in progress.
Beth continues to prepare manual for review.
Code Enforcement
– Howard Burch reported that there are the usual yard
issues and commercial vehicle issues.
Social Committee
– No
report

Vendor/Guest
– Sheriff office (Deputy Scott Marano) attended our
meeting. He informed the Board and attendee’s that
there are 19 Sheriffs in Pasco County. They patrol
from 19 and Mile stretch to the Suncoast Pkwy and
South of 54. He explained that he is the Liaison
between the Sheriff’s office and Crime Watch
Committee’s. He also explained that there could be up
to 27 Citation’s for Golf Cart usage in a non Golf
Cart community (which our community is not a Golf Cart
community).

New Business
– Lisa informed the Board that the County has decided
to work with our community and survey our streets and
signs to see what possible engineering changes would
be needed so that the Pasco County Sheriffs can patrol
in the community. A vote to request that the
association attorney draft a letter for the
association to send to the county for Pasco County
Sheriffs to patrol the community passed (5 Yeahs).
Note: This letter and commitment by the county is
still in a development stage. We expect that in the
coming month’s this will be finalized.

needs 46 new heads replaced cost $817.00 Vote (5 Yeahs)
Pond on MAW needs new Vibernum cost $266.85 Tabled
MAW and Outrider plant 2 Lagustriums and 1 Oak (fill in
mulch) Vote (5 Yeahs) pending homeowner approval.

Old Business
– Raised a total of $3100.00 plus cloths for the Mai
family whose hose burned.

Resident issue’s –
Mike Bertone asked what we are doing about cars
parking on sidewalks? No vehicles should be parking on
the roads or sidewalks.
