MEET OUR VICE PRESIDENT
John Scapicchio was with the Police Department in
New Jersey for 27 years. He retired as Chief of Police
to move to Florida in 2005. John and Ginny, his wife,
were high school sweethearts. The couple has two
daughters. John recently opened “John’s Home Watch
Services”. His company assists those with seasonal and
vacant homes. Ginny loves to sew, while John enjoys
landscaping their yard in his spare time. He is
dedicated to our Magnolia Estates family and enjoys
being on the Board because it gives him the ability to
make improvements for the entire community.
